These rental rates include all the utilities, all linen and towels,an end of stay cleaning service and a welcome pack of fresh bread, meats, fruit, cheese, coffee and wine. My lovely, english speaking housekeeper will meet you at the house upon arrival.

The minimum stay is for one week during the main summer season (may to sept. inc). A 20% booking fee and a 20% fully refundable damage deposit are required. The balance being due one month before your arrival.

The house contains a wealth of information about the town and its facilities,such as restaurants,shops,doctors,refuse&recycling and maps.
There is a wonderful market held in Terrasson every Thursday where one can buy beautiful local produce(we buy our weeks groceries there), not so beautiful clothes and often some interesting antiques.

The house also contains extensive information on all the local and regional attractions.Such as the numerous local chateaux and gardens,the famous caves at Lascaux,Bordeaux wineries,cultural,sporting and childrens activities.The famous Jardins de l'Imaginaire are just behind the house.
